How To Deposit USDT Into Winbox
Step 1: Open "Me"
Log in to your Winbox account and tap Me from the bottom navigation.
This opens your member area, where you can view your wallet, transaction records and other account tools.
Step 2: Tap "Recharge / Withdraw"
From your account page, select Recharge / Withdraw.
This takes you to the wallet section where you can choose the currency and deposit method you want to use.
Step 3: Switch Your Wallet To USD
Tap the currency selector at the top of the wallet and choose USD.
If your wallet is already displaying USD, you can continue directly to the next step.
Step 4: Select "USDT Recharge"
Under the available deposit methods, tap USDT Recharge.
Make sure you select the recharge option rather than the withdrawal option before continuing.
Enter Your USDT Deposit Amount
Step 5: Enter The Top Up Amount
Enter the amount of USDT you want to deposit.
Check the minimum deposit amount shown on the screen before proceeding. In the example shown, the deposit amount entered is 10 USDT.
Take a moment to confirm the amount before moving forward.
Step 6: Tap "Next"
Once the amount is correct, tap Next.
Winbox will then generate the payment information for your deposit.
Check The USDT Network Carefully
Step 7: Select The Same Payment Network
The deposit page shows the blockchain network that must be used for the transfer.
For the current USDT deposit route shown here, the network is TRC20.
Use the same network when sending USDT from your external wallet or crypto platform. The network selected on the sending side must match the network displayed by Winbox.
Send Your USDT
After the payment details appear, you can complete the transfer using either the QR code or the generated USDT address.
Step 8: Copy The USDT Amount
Use the copy button beside the displayed USDT amount if you want to transfer the exact value shown.
This helps reduce mistakes when entering the payment amount manually in your crypto wallet.
Step 9: Scan The QR Code
If your wallet supports QR scanning, scan the QR code displayed on the Winbox deposit page.
The QR code provides the payment information needed for the transfer and is usually the quickest option when depositing from another mobile device.
Step 10: Copy The USDT Address
You can also copy the generated USDT deposit address and paste it into the withdrawal or transfer section of your external wallet.
Always check the address after pasting it before sending your USDT.
Important: A new deposit address may be generated for a new recharge request. Use the address shown for your current deposit rather than relying on an address saved from an older transaction.
Check Your Deposit Details
Once the transfer has been completed, return to your Winbox account and open the transaction details.
Step 11: Check The Top Up Amount
The Top Up Amount shows the amount associated with your deposit request.
For example:
Top Up Amount: USDT 10.00
Use this figure to confirm that you are reviewing the correct transaction.
Step 12: Check The Received Amount
The Received Amount shows the amount credited according to the completed transaction.
In the example shown:
Received Amount: USDT 9.00
Because the page displays the Top Up Amount and Received Amount separately, check both figures when reviewing your deposit record.
